Eleventeen Cocoa Beans is at it again! She is always looking for new ways to get her pure, bean-to-bar chocolate to be the best ever and she really knocked it out of the park with this one!

We already have a line of chocolate bars where each one matches the purpose of my signature teas. Now she has developed one that has matched the taste. Seems easy? Nope! Chocolate can not have one drop of water in it. So to match taste to something that is normally brewed in water took some creativity.

Maple French Toast chocolate may be my new favourite bar. You’ve got to try it to believe it!

Inspired by the Maple French Toast tea. It is an Oolong tea (low caffeine level) combined with apple, currant, chicory, papaya and pineapple pieces and infused with Canadian maple Syrup. Yum!
