✨ Swiftie Sundays Are Here! ✨

We’re hosting two Swiftie Sunday rides each month from September until January, with every ride celebrating TWO different Taylor Swift eras!

Each class will feature music, energy and vibes inspired by two eras. At the end of every ride, you’ll rate each era from ⭐️ 1–5 stars based on how much you enjoyed the playlist and overall experience.

We’ll keep a running leaderboard throughout the series and at the end, the top highest-rated eras will earn a spot in our Swiftie Sunday Eras Tour Finale Ride.

The finale will be an epic celebration featuring the best songs from the top four eras, giving riders one last chance to sing, sweat, and celebrate the winning eras together.

Dress for the theme and help crown the ultimate Taylor Swift era!

And because we love a little friendly competition… the person who earns the most stars will win a prize!

Join us for a cozy afternoon at Sitka designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and embrace the feeling of fall. 🍂

We’ll begin with a fall-inspired mat Pilates class with Meritt, moving through a full-body practice focused on mindful movement, strength, control, and connection. Expect a class that will leave you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

After Pilates, we’ll settle into a guided journaling prompt, creating space to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself as we transition into a new season. You’ll have time to put pen to paper, reflect on where you are, and set some intentions for the season ahead.

Then, slow down and stay awhile with warm tea and coffee, delicious fall treats, and good company. Think cozy vibes, meaningful reflection, movement, and a little time to simply enjoy the moment.

Whether you’re looking to reconnect with your Pilates practice, carve out some intentional time for yourself, or simply enjoy a cozy afternoon surrounded by good people, this workshop is the perfect way to welcome the season.

Please bring a journal and pen for the guided journaling portion.

We’ve all heard about the 97 dogs that were recently rescued, and it’s been sitting heavy on our minds. 🐾

We wanted to do something to help, so we’re hosting a Karma Class by donation to the SPCA.

Join Morgan this Sunday at 2pm for a Warm Slow Flow - a gentle, grounding class where we can come together as a community, move with intention, and support these dogs as they begin their next chapter.

Monetary and physical donations are both welcome, with all donations going to support the SPCA and the care of these 97 dogs.

Come take some time for yourself while giving back to a cause that needs our community right now. 🤍🐶

This is the difference after just one 30-minute lymphatic drainage session, performed 10 days after a laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis ablation.
