Great team to work with

There are a lot of similarities between coaching a hockey team and leading a field crew, and many of the same methods that build a strong team on the ice work just as well in our industry. Supporting opportunities for the crew to get together off shift, have some fun and build relationships is an important part of developing crew morale. That time together builds trust, reliability and accountability, qualities that carry directly back onto the job when the days are long, the work is demanding, and everyone needs to know they can depend on the people beside them. A strong crew culture off shift helps build a stronger, safer and more dependable team on shift.

Thank you Poplar Hills Golf & Country Club for hosting the crew and giving everyone a chance to have some fun together before a couple of the guys work their final shifts of the summer!
