We would like to thank our clients for your ongoing support. Currently we only have one full time veterinarian on staff, so when booking appointments, please be patient with our staff members while we try to get you in as soon as possible. We do recommend calling first thing in the morning if you feel your pet needs to be seen more urgently and not wait until the afternoon. If you have concerns when our office is closed, please either go online to getvetwise.com or call (778)-743-4351 and you will be connected to a veterinarian who can help you. Thank you very much for your understanding

At this time, we currently do not offer any after-hours services. But we know that emergencies happen, no matter the time of day.

We have partnered with VetWise to help triage any possible after-hours emergencies. If in-clinic help is required, VetWise contacts an on call doctor and helps direct you to getting in-clinic care.

Give them a call for any after- hours concerns, or access them online!

Please note there is a charge for using this service, and a credit card is required.

Licensed RVTs and Veterinarians answer your veterinary practice's phones 24/7 across Canada and the United States. Capture $88,000 in annual revenue lost to after-hours ER visits. Book a demo.
