❤️ Some steps mean more than others.
This year, our team at Fort Saskatchewan Eyecare came together to participate in the Terry Fox Run, and it was so much more than simply putting one foot in front of the other.
We walked and ran in memory of loved ones we’ve lost, in honour of those courageously facing cancer today, and with hope for the families who will be touched by cancer in the future.
Terry Fox showed the world what one person with an incredible dream could inspire. His determination, compassion, and unwavering belief that we could make a difference continue to touch millions of lives.
Being there together as a team was a beautiful reminder that we are stronger when we come together — as colleagues, as friends, and as a community. Every step carries a little bit of hope. Every contribution brings us closer to a future where fewer families have to hear the words, “You have cancer.”
We are incredibly proud to have run for Terry, for those we love, and for a future without cancer. 💙
