This year's garden experiment was great! I'm not very good at making follow up posts so these pics are out of date considering that I have now harvested my garden. We had a horrible heat wave which unfortunately took out most of my vine plants despite my efforts. The rest of the plants did really well and I have been able to provide my family with a lot of home grown veggies! Next year, we are going even bigger! I'll try to be better with update posts then haha 🤣

Dandelion is one of my favourite plants! Such a powerful medicine

Dandelion is a beautiful, sunny friend to find in the Spring. 🌼☀️ If you're feeling inspired to make your first flower essence of the season, here are the indications for Dandelion:

🌼 If there are tendencies towards excessive striving and drive, Dandelion flower essence may be helpful. People that can benefit from this flower essence have a natural intensity and love for life. They are the "doer" of all things but often *over do*. They have a tendency to over plan and try to live beyond what their physical body can handle. These patterns will often create strong tension, especially in the musculature of the body.

🌼 Dandelion flower essence can help us feel the importance of family, aiding in releasing family issues.

🌼Dandelion flower essence can be especially good at releasing hatred and resentment, and creating a feeling of being centered.
