Session #1 (Late May 2026):
Over the last few years, this client averaged 4hrs sleep or less per night (The average adult needs 7-9hrs per night for our health). 🫣

Session #2 (Mid-June 2026):
Client is averaging 6.5-7hrs most nights by implementing tools and strategies we discussed and planned together. 😁

I have ZERO interest in being "the reason" clients care for their health, because "they have an appointment with me" or because I'm "expecting them" to show up. That is NOT sustainable or helpful for the client LONG TERM.

I coach my clients to build skills, mindsets and practices that allow THEM to make choices that work for THEIR DAILY LIFESTYLE. And with that, we also create flexibility in HOW the client gets coaching. Here's a few examples of what coaching sessions may look like at Zenergy Health & Wellness...

🧘A client has had a long, stressful day, we may pivot to do some breathwork and/or meditation to help calm the nervous system and manage some of that 'load' the day has thrown on them.

🚶A client will ask to go for a 'walk n' talk' where we head for a walk on the road, trails, the park... and we discuss habits, mindset, stressors etc (while moving the body and getting a dose of Mother Nature)

🏃Recently a client asked if we could go play pickleball for her session, which we did and we had a blast

🧐 Many sessions have evolved into discussions together, planning and strategizing based on what's worked and/or not worked for the client over the past week or two. This allows the client to take actionable strategies with them for the coming weeks.

Welcome to modern day Health & Wellness Coaching. We involve the WHOLE HUMAN, not just one piece of the health puzzle.
