Hi, I'm Arthi, I have fond memories growing up on a farm, sinking little girl feet into the mud, being a little wild, spending hours in the pastures and becoming one with the herd. I also have memories of a shattered sense of the present and the future that roots from my journey of complex childhood trauma. It led to my own path of becoming a healer, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist
& Registered Psychotherapist. Thus the birth of Dancing Goat Therapy Farm. I am trained in various Therapeutic modalities Dance movement Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based CBT & Hypnotherapy. I work with ages 8 years - 80 years. Today I am living my dreams of helping others discover and live theirs through the magic of the great outdoors and animals as my co-therapist.

The U15 Manitoba softball team took a break from their games and joined us for goat yoga today. 🐐🥎

After a tough loss, they really needed a chance to relax, reset and laugh, and they definitely laughed their hearts out.

They left lighter, happier and ready for tomorrow’s game.

Good luck tomorrow, Team Manitoba! We know you’ll leave everything you’ve got on that field. 💙🥎

Meet my dear friend Pegah, a fellow psychotherapist & worldschooling mom, someone I’ve been lucky enough to share many beautiful adventures with. 🌍✨

She has been travelling the world with her partner and her adventurous 11-year-old son, Dante, embracing worldschooling and proving that some of the best classrooms have no walls at all.

Many of you already know Dante, the sweet face of our farm and our newly promoted junior farm tour guide. He’ll happily introduce you to every animal here, whether you requested the full tour or not. 🐐😂

On August 7, Pegah is offering a relaxed and insightful Human Design Mapping Workshop. 🌀🌿

This workshop is for anyone who has been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, misunderstood, disconnected from themselves, or simply tired of forcing life to fit in a way that never quite feels natural.

Human Design offers a different lens. It can help you better understand how you make decisions, use your energy, respond to stress, communicate, parent, love, and move through change.

For couples and families, it can be especially powerful. Sometimes the person you love is not being difficult. They may simply be wired differently and need something completely different from you.

It can gently shift:

“Why are you like this?”

into:

“Now I understand what you need.”

Pegah brings her experience as a psychotherapist into the workshop, while keeping everything light, practical, warm, and easy to understand. Expect personal insights, meaningful conversations, a few surprising discoveries, and plenty of laughter.

This is not about fixing yourself.

It is about understanding yourself more deeply, releasing some of the pressure to be who you think you should be, and exploring a way of living that feels more natural, spacious, and true.

📅 August 7 at 5 PM
💫 $85 per person
Receipts can be claimed under extended health benefits

Send us a message to reserve your spot. We’ll need your birth date, exact birth time, and birthplace so your personal chart can be prepared before the workshop.

Does your child seem to carry more than they know how to express?

Perhaps they worry deeply, become overwhelmed easily, absorb the emotions around them, struggle to settle, or need more confidence trusting themselves and their feelings.

This gentle, trauma-aware workshop offers children and adults practical tools to feel calmer, more grounded and more connected to themselves.

Led by Darlene, a Reiki Master Teacher, participants will explore Reiki, breathwork, sound healing, emotional awareness and mindful connection with horses.

The workshop will take place outdoors, where the sound of the river, open pasture and peaceful presence of the horses create a naturally calming space that supports nervous-system regulation, emotional release and connection.

This workshop may be especially supportive for those experiencing:

🌿 Anxiety, worry or emotional overwhelm
🌿 Sensory sensitivity or difficulty settling
🌿 Grief, separation or major life changes
🌿 Low confidence or difficulty expressing feelings
🌿 Sleep challenges or ongoing stress
🌿 A strong sensitivity to people, animals or their surroundings
🌿 A desire to learn calming tools they can practise at home

Participants will receive:

✨ A take-home Reiki handbook
✨ Grounding and self-calming practices
✨ Breathwork and gentle hand-position techniques
✨ An introduction to energy awareness and personal boundaries
✨ Mindful connection with horses and nature
✨ Tools they can continue using at home

Children who later choose to complete First Degree Reiki training will receive 50% off the training following their Reiki attunement.

August 10 | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Children ages 6–16 and adults welcome

Investment: $100 per participant
Receipts are eligible for insurance submission.

💛 Send us a message to register your child.

If you have been curious about Reiki, longing for a gentle reset, or wanting to experience a Reiki session surrounded by animals and nature, adults are warmly invited too.

Send us a message to reserve your spot or ask whether this experience may be a good fit for you or your child.

This week, the farm became one of those classrooms as we spent the day learning, harvesting and connecting with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

We explored the abundance of the garden and discovered how food can also be medicine. We harvested lemon balm and clover for medicinal tea, gathered herbs to preserve, picked basil, chives and tomatoes for our fresh pizzas, collected nasturtiums for infused salt, and harvested lamb’s quarters to dry for future use.

A huge thank you to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fredericton and Oromocto for everything you do to support young people in our community.

💙 They’re looking for caring mentors. If you’ve been thinking about giving back, mentoring is one of the most meaningful ways to make a lasting difference in a young person’s life. Reach out to them and consider becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister

From Quebec to New Brunswick, for an afternoon of experiential learning and pizza worth travelling for!!

They attempt Goat Yoga while goats completely ignore the lesson plan. 🐐🧘‍♀️😂
And then they eat what they called…

“The very best pizza we have ever had!” 🍕🔥

We had such a joyful visit from the YMCA Summer Work Student Exchange youth, who are spending six weeks in Fredericton gaining work experience, practising their English and discovering life in another Canadian community.

Now it’s your turn!

We finished our week by planting to***co plants gifted by our sweet neighbour and taking time to learn about gratitude and the importance of this sacred plant in many Indigenous cultures.

Thank you to all the amazing kids who made this week so special. We can’t wait to do it all again at our next camp, August 10 to 14!

Today at camp we did open-fire cooking in earthenware.

We made a big meal together rice, potatoes, corn, scrambled eggs, broccoli, bread on a stick and of course marshmallows.

Everything was cooked over the fire in earthen pots and we shared the food together.

The best part was watching how naturally everyone found their role. Some became the fire keepers, some started cooking, some went looking for wood and some just enjoyed the food and the moment.
