Our 6-week DBT Skills Group hosted by Melanie Blackmore LCT-C, CCC, DCP(c) is returning!!!

Starting February 3 this 6-week group therapy will run every Tuesday from February 3 - March 10 at 6pm AST/5pm EST.

Melanie will cover a lot of useful skills and tools that you can use instantly (and it’s also a more affordable option compared to individual therapy!).

This is a psycho-educational group that will cover the four components of DBT: emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. You can expect to learn skills in each of these areas and allow you to virtually connect with other group members. This group is recommend for neurodivergent clients, those who struggle with intense emotions, or anyone who wants to learn a new set of therapy skills to add to their toolbox.

Each session is $56+tax (a total of $390 for the full 6 weeks) and can be billed to qualifying insurance plans.
