Staples School Supply Drive is back! 📚

For over 20 years, Staples has proudly hosted the School Supply Drive in support of United Way, and each year, our community has shown up to help. Dollars raised stay local, going directly toward school supplies for students in the Maritimes.

From now until September 27, you can donate in-store or online. Here's the difference your dollar can make:

✏️ $2 buys a notebook
🖍️ $5 buys coloured pencils or pens
🧮 $10 buys a calculator or binder
🎒 $15 buys markers or a backpack
💻 $20 supports classroom technology

Thank you to everyone! Your support provides subsidized counselling to youth and adults in our community! We are so grateful for United Way Central New Brunswick and their investment in our counselling services for the next two years!

A huge thank you to Tim Hortons Fredericton and Minto Group and the team at the Smythe Street Tim Hortons for their hard work to make this year’s promotion a success and to everyone who bought cookies in support of their community.

And a shout out to our volunteer cookie decorators from Holland Power Services, Liberty - New Brunswick, and the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce who kept us well supplied with cookies.

Introducing Megan Hilderley, BSW, MSW Candidate!

Megan is a counselling intern currently completing her Master of Social Work degree at St. Thomas University here in Fredericton. Megan utilizes a strength-based, trauma-informed approach and is committed to creating a therapeutic space that is non-judgmental and client focused. She has a strong understanding of burnout and compassion fatigue and has experience working with families in crisis, adults with diverse abilities, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, care workers, and older adults.

Megan has openings in her schedule - offering counselling for $75/hour.
