Happy Thanksgiving weekend from all of us at Surface Float! 🍂✨💛

We’re so grateful for this incredible community and every moment of stillness you’ve chosen to give yourself.
⁣
As we celebrate gratitude this weekend, may you also give thanks for yourself…for your body, your breath, your resilience, and the ways you continue to grow and heal 🌊💫
⁣
Let’s make self-care part of what we’re grateful for this season. Because when we fill our own cup, we have more love, peace, and presence to share 🥰
⁣

We will be closed today, Saturday, reopening Tuesday for another week of wellness 🙌

Float Pod Tour ✨
Ever wondered what it’s like inside a float pod?
At Surface Float, our pod is designed to help you fully relax while effortlessly floating in water enriched with over 1,200 lbs of Epsom salt. The result is a unique sensation of weightlessness that allows your body and mind to unwind.
In this quick tour, Khaidy walks you through: • How the float pod works
• Why you can’t sink
• Light and music options you can customize
• What to expect during your session
• How we guide first-time floaters every step of the way
Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, recover from training, improve sleep, or simply disconnect from daily distractions, floating offers a space to reconnect with yourself.

Hi! I’m Kat, founder of Surface Float, and I’m so grateful I get share this place with you 🤍 ⁣
⁣
Surface Float was born from my own journey back to myself.⁣
⁣
After going through burnout, health challenges, and learning firsthand just how much stress can impact the body, I became deeply passionate about nervous system regulation, recovery, longevity, and creating space to actually slow down.⁣
⁣
Surface Float grew from that.⁣
⁣
I wanted to create a place where wellness didn’t feel performative or like another thing you had to “do right”, but somewhere you could come exactly as you are, exhale, reconnect with yourself, and give your body and mind what they need.⁣
⁣
Because I truly believe that when we feel better in our bodies, regulate our nervous systems, and take care of ourselves on a deeper level, everything starts to shift 🫶🌊⁣
