On this day, May 18th 2010 Formula 4 Fitness officially opened its doors to clients for the first time.

16 years ago, Formula 4 Fitness started with a vision — to build more than just a gym. We wanted to create a place where people could grow stronger, healthier, and more confident together.

Today, as we celebrate 16 incredible years, we’re beyond grateful for every member, coach, friend, and supporter who has been part of this journey. From first workouts to major transformations, from early mornings to late-night sessions, every rep, every smile, and every success story helped shape the community we are today.

What makes Formula 4 Fitness special has never been the equipment or the walls — it’s the people inside them. The energy, support, motivation, and friendships built here are what keep us going year after year.

Mike was thrilled to share that he’s no longer in chronic pain. He started here with a bad c-spine injury that resulted in a severely painful pinched nerve in his neck and atrophying the muscles on his right side. His programs were customized to not only work around his injury, but to also correct his posture and aid with rehabilitation. We’re very glad to see Mike thriving, pain free, stronger and in much better shape overall.
