The thing nobody says out loud is that most “wellness” content is built for someone with about 4 more hours of free time per day than the average mom has. ☕
If your routine collapses the second a kid gets sick, or a meeting runs long, or you didn’t sleep, it was never a real routine. It was a fantasy. Real wellness for moms has to survive a hard week, or it isn’t wellness, it’s another quiet way to feel behind.
