Meet our team:
Lori Davis - Moved back to Newfoundland in 2015 after spending 17 years in Ontario. With 11 years of experience with the company, Lori began her career as a Care Coordinator before transitioning into the role of Office Manager in 2020. Lori is highly organized and takes pride in being a positive role model within the HomeCare field. She has a calm and collected approach to leadership that creates a supportive and professional office environment while building trust and strong relationships with both clients and field staff. Lori is happily married with 2 children and enjoys spending quality family time with them.
Denise Donnelly – Born and raised in Harbour Grace, and proud to have the opportunity to work with clients in Harbour Grace and the surrounding areas. Denise is married and is a mother to 5 children and 2 grandchildren. Being from the area has given Denise a special connection to the community and the people we serve. Every day brings an opportunity to make a difference, build meaningful relationships, and be part of a community that means so much to me. Before joining Compassion HomeCare, Denise spent 20 years working in the legal field. She is fortunate to also spent five years working with Compassion HomeCare, an experience that allowed her to discover just how much she enjoys helping and connecting with people. Truly loving her job, our amazing staff, and most of all, our clients.
Brie Pike – Brie has been with the company for four months now and is the newest care coordinator to join our HG office team. Being grateful for the warm welcome received so far within the community and office, Brie truly enjoys being part of a team that cares so deeply about the people we support and the work we do every day. When not at work, Brie's favourite thing to do is spend quality time with her daughter, get creative with embroidery and getting lost in a good book. Brie is looking forward to continuing to learn, grow, and build meaningful connections with coworkers in the office, home support workers, and the families we have the privilege of supporting.
Nicole Harris – After moving back to Newfoundland from Ontario Nicole joined Compassion HomeCare as Administrative Assistant in March 2023. Nicole states that she has never worked in such a positive environment. The girls in the office have become like family. Nicole had an easy time to adjust due to having great support from co-workers. Nicole is happily married and the mother of 2 children. In her down time you can find Nicole at the hockey arena cheering her son on and going on quad rides with her husband.
Lynette Butt - Lynette has been a Care Coordinator for the past three years. Beginning her career with Compassion Home Care as a Home Support Worker before returning to school to complete the Office Administration program. Later returning to Compassion for her work term and has been here ever since. Lynette is happily married and the proud mother of three amazing boys and has two dogs and a cat. Lynette is excited to see what the future holds with this amazing company.
