WE HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS TO SHARE! 🏆
We are so proud to announce that Downtown Spa & Relaxation Centre has received the Phorest Client Experience Award 2026! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What makes this award especially meaningful is how it is earned.

The Client Experience Award is based on reviews and feedback submitted by our clients following their visits. That means this recognition reflects what YOU — our clients — have said about your experiences with us. ❤️

Every wonderful review, kind comment and five-star rating represents a visit where someone felt welcomed, cared for, pampered and valued — and that means the world to me.

I want to say a very heartfelt THANK YOU TO MY AMAZING TEAM! ❤️

This award belongs to all of you!
Your professionalism, talent, kindness and genuine care for our clients are what create the experience people remember. I am so grateful for everything you bring to Downtown Spa each and every day.

And to our wonderful clients — thank you for taking the time to share your experiences, for recommending us to your family and friends, and for continuing to support our local business.

And what perfect timing! 🥂 We are celebrating our 37th Anniversary this month, making this recognition even more special.

37 years of caring for our community, and our clients are still at the heart of everything we do. ❤️

With gratitude,
Dorri & the Downtown Spa Team

NERVOUS SYSTEM REBOOT WITH NESA® ✨
COMING THIS OCTOBER

We are so excited to introduce something completely new to Downtown Spa & Relaxation Centre!

Meet NESA® — non-invasive neuromodulation technology designed to support the autonomic nervous system.

Our nervous system plays an important role in how our body responds to stress, rest, sleep and recovery. When life keeps us constantly in “go mode,” it can become harder to truly switch off and relax.

NESA® uses very low-intensity electrical stimulation to gently support autonomic nervous-system regulation and will become part of our growing Circle of Care Wellness Systems.

❤️ Why support your nervous system?

Nervous-system regulation plays an important role in:

🌙 Rest and quality of sleep
✨ Relaxation and stress management
💪 Physical recovery and well-being
🧠 Autonomic nervous-system balance
❤️ Overall wellness and resilience

What about menopause?

During perimenopause and menopause, hormonal changes can coincide with changes in sleep, stress response, mood, temperature regulation and overall well-being. Supporting nervous-system regulation can therefore be another part of a whole-person approach to wellness during this stage of life.

But NESA® is not just for menopause.

What I love about this technology is the opportunity to explore its use as part of whole-family wellness, with suitability considered individually for different ages and stages of life.

NESA® joins our other Circle of Care wellness technologies, including SEQEX®, CollagenTEX Light Therapy and UV Vitamin D Light Therapy.

Sometimes your body needs more than pushing through.

REST • RESET • RECOVER

More information about our NESA® Nervous System Reboot sessions coming very soon!

Helping you feel like yourself again.
