Hi!

I guess it’s time for an official introduction!
My name is Kara. I am the owner of The Glow Cove Aesthetics located in Grandview, Manitoba.

I am open for business to help you with skin care and your aesthetic goals.

Now, a little about me…

I was born and raised in The Pas. I went to UCN (University College of the North) where I graduated with my bachelor of Nursing degree in 2015.

I then moved to Dauphin for my senior practicum and planned to work “one year” at the hospital. Well it’s been quite a long “year” (over a decade) and here I am!

Throughout my career (so far) I initially worked on the medical unit. Then specialized in the operating room for the next 5 years. I loved the OR, but decided to change things up by taking more training where I completed my ICU course.

I always had an interest and passion for skin care, aesthetics and making people feel their best. After working in a hospital setting for the past 11 years I decided to pursue these dreams and make it a reality.

So here we are now. I completed my Neuromodulator course in 2025 along with my dermal filler courses. I have then taken other training to open up my small medical spa business.

I now live in Gilbert Plains with my husband Carsten and my little zoo that makes me so happy. I love gardening, outdoor activities.. from cross country skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to spending time at the lake camping in summer.

I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and im excited to help you achieve your aesthetic goals to look and feel your best! 🥰

Good morning everyone!
I hope you're all recovering well and life is returning to normal.

Bloom Goddess Esthetics will be closed from July 8th at 12pm until July 14th, during which time I will be taking a complete break from business.

If you need to purchase skincare products or inquire about appointments, please let me know by the end of the day today, as I won't be responding until I return.
