Why are self endorsements important? Because they can help offset the bombardment of negativity that exists in everyday life.
Since 2020, I’ve supported individuals and families through Red Roof Recovery (RRR) - to overcome/manage mental health & addiction illnesses.
In 2025, the mission evolved with the launch of Mental Health Fitness Alliance (MHFA) - a training division focused on building resilience, reducing stigma, and shifting the conversation from illness to wellness.
Just as we invest in physical fitness to strengthen muscles and endurance in our bodies, we can develop the same qualities in our minds.
Mental fitness equips us to handle stress, adapt to change, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
