👟Last Friday’s Lunch & Learn! 💪🏻

We had a great, interactive workshop with Victoria Cleary, Athletic Therapist and owner of VC Athletic Therapy Health Collective in Petawawa! 💪

Victoria’s motto is that we are all an “athlete of life” and it’s important to collaborate, educate, and empower people to move better and live better!

She shared lots of great tips and tricks we can incorporate into our everyday lives.

What a lovely afternoon getting together and doing some baking with Mìnan (blueberries)! 🫐💙

Even though we weren’t able to go blueberry picking this morning, we still got our hands on some fresh blueberries from Hugli’s Blueberry Ranch! 🫐 We made lots of delicious jam, blueberry lemon cookies, muffins and, most importantly, had lots of fun together! 👩‍🍳🧁

Stay tuned for our next workshop in September, a fun Fall Harvest Class! 🍂🍎🎃 We’d love to hear of some fall recipes / canning recipes we should do together! Comment below ⬇️
