Kristen and Jess are now certified in RAPID Neurofascial Reset: a hands-on, movement-based technique where you stay active during the session instead of lying still. Your therapist assesses as they treat, so the work is shaped around whatever your body brings in that day rather than a fixed routine.

Did you know? 🧠

Scans don't always tell the whole story. Plenty of people have "findings" on an MRI or X-ray — disc changes, cartilage wear, small tears — and no pain at all. And plenty of people hurt with completely clean scans.

What an image shows and how a body actually feels and functions are two different things. That's why a physio assessment looks at how you move, load and respond — not just at a picture.

What a session here actually looks like 👀

If you're picturing lying on a table for a heat pack, we might surprise you. A lot of physio at Element Therapeutics looks more like coaching than treatment — assessing how you move, then working through exercise and loading built around what you're trying to get back to.

Hands-on work has its place. But the part that tends to stick is what you can do yourself, between visits.
