Registration for PPNL's Virtual Teen Healthy Relationship Program is closing on September 3rd!

The Ins and Outs of Healthy Relationships is a 12-week virtual program open to all teenagers aged 14 to 19 living in Newfoundland and Labrador.

There will be many topics discussed throughout the 12 weeks, including:
- Boundaries and Consent
- Intimate Partner Violence
- Apps & The Internet
- Misogyny, Feminism & R**e Culture

We will have weekly gift card draws, provide certificates of completion and offer youth the opportunity to assist in delivering the next round of the program.
Sessions will be activity-based and may include guest speakers to discuss their own experiences with things such as substance use and intimate partner violence. There may also be a small presentation from SHOP about the s*x work industry in our city. Our last week together will be focused on connecting youth to healthy communities and volunteer opportunities throughout the province.

This fall's sessions will take place virtually every Tuesday evening from September 8th to December 15th from 5:30pm - 8:00pm. Please note there will be no sessions on October 13th, 27th or November 3rd.

Application deadline: September 3rd, 2026.

I am a Doula in training, and I am seeking one more client to follow throughout their pregnancy & early postpartum period (due by January 2027)— in addition to the two ladies I am following now. 🩷

Perinatal/birth supports are little to none here in our province, and my goal is to reshape this provincial dynamic over the upcoming years ahead.

That being said, I am offering this service totally FREE of cost, to one client.

I would like to offer this to someone who may be lacking physical & emotional supports, someone younger/a teenager, or lower income.
