Hey everyone! I am officially back to work on a full time schedule after a slow spring/summer easing back. Full time for me right now is a schedule of 11:30-4:00 Monday-Thursday. For the time being online booking has been disabled just so I can keep a little more control over my schedule. If you would like to book in just reach out. I am still working through my current waitlist but things should move a little quicker now that I’ve opened up my schedule. It’s great to be back! 😁

Hope everyone is enjoying their snow day! ❄️ Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m officially on maternity leave!!🤰
I do plan to return to work sometime in late March/early April for evening appointments. As that time approaches keep an eye out for a Facebook post/email from me letting you know my schedule is open. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I’ll see you in 2026 🎉

Hey everyone! Just wanted to post a little update about a new feature on my booking system. We now have a waitlist option for online booking! 🤩
I’ve posted a link to a video tutorial below so you can check out how it works. If you’re someone who doesn’t book online I can of course add you to my waitlist as usual but the option is finally available do so online.

That’s a wrap on another incredible year! I’m going to be out of the office now until January 6th. My schedule is open for the new year and if you’d like to book or reschedule an appointment you can do so online or reach out to me. I will still be responding to messages but response times may be a little slower as I enjoy some down time with my family. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all my amazing clients and your families! 🎊

Happy Friday everyone! I just wanted to update my clients about December bookings. I am currently booked until mid January but if you’d like to be put on a cancellation list just reach out to me personally and I can do that. I also wanted to let everyone know that I am not currently accepting new clients. I can however refer you to a variety of other therapists in town who are accepting new clients. Have a good weekend!! ❄️

Just wanted to post a few updates for you guys!

* I’ve thankfully regained access to my Facebook account after being locked out for a week. I apologize to everyone for any gaps in communication!

* Unfortunately I’ve decided that I’m no longer going to be offering 90 minute sessions. This only applies to future bookings. Anyone who currently has a 90 minute session booked will still receive their treatment.

* I will be taking holidays the week of July 8th and 15th and returning on the 22nd. I will still respond to messages during this time but response times will likely be slower.

Hope everyone enjoys their summer! ☀️
