For anyone sitting on the fence about what we're doing tomorrow, we want to clarify to ease your fears!
-There is NO obligation to run the 5km race. You can decide after spending a couple weeks with us
-Can you show up tomorrow to check it out? YES
-Do I have to run 5km tomorrow? NO! We will be working with 1km loop tomorrow plus pre and post stretch
- Do I have to pay anything tomorrow? NO ,we just want people to try some activity in the safety of a group and health professionals to help you along
Still not sure? Show up anyways! But let me know you're coming if possible. Parking is to far right of the building. Come to front door and we will be in the gym for first few minutes to do a warmup .
