Warm greetings to our yoga community, as spring unfolds with vibrant promise 🌿.

With heartfelt thanks for the loving welcome you've extended to Baby B, we're reveling in the joy and warmth of this new chapter 💙. Thank you for all the kind messages. 😊

And for those who maybe did not know we were expecting, this is why there hasn't been a released summer schedule. We will take a brief pause through the summer for healing and snuggling. We're envisioning the potential for future classes that bring together parents, babies, and the practice we love. You can let us know if that interests you 😉

We're looking forward to sharing moments on the mat with you all again, nurturing growth and connection.

This series is designed with the prenatal body in mind. A gentle series of yoga poses to help with mobility and strength during pregnancy. Birth support persons and friends also welcome.

New this year is a PWYC (Pay What You Can) or sliding scale option! Participants will be asked to confirm attendance on the day of class and need to bring your own mat, yoga bolster (if you have one), and water each week.

Please speak to your health care providers before starting any new fitness program.
