🌿 Good morning from Mountain Vitality Wellness! 🌿

Well… life has been a little busy around here! 😂

We went from wedding planning → getting married → and now Jodi is in Tijuana for a stem cell treatment. Apparently sitting still was never really part of the plan. 😉

She’s taking a few days to focus on herself, recharge and let her body do its thing before heading home and getting back into the treatment room.

And because you guys are already keeping her schedule nice and full… October is booking up! The first part of the month is already pretty packed, so current openings are mostly looking toward the later part of October.

If you’ve messaged recently, hang tight! you haven’t been forgotten! ❤️ Jodi will catch up with everyone once she’s back.

2026 has been one heck of a year for Mountain Vitality Wellness.
So many changes.
Personally.
Business-wise.
And in so many other areas of life.

There has been A LOT happening behind the scenes, and honestly, it feels like everything is finally coming together for this next chapter. 🖤
And speaking of a lot happening… our wedding is coming up on September 19th! 🥹🏔️💍

So yes… there are definitely A LOT of exciting things happening around here right now! Between wedding planning, getting the new space ready, and everything else life has thrown my way this year, it has been quite the season.
I’ll also be away the week following the wedding, and then…

I am SO excited to finally start welcoming you into the new Mountain Vitality Wellness space and share everything that has been taking shape behind the scenes.

For my October return, I’ll be easing back into light-duty work, so availability will be limited.

For now, I’ll be offering:

🌿 90-minute sessions
🌿 Limited October availability
🌿 No online booking schedule

All appointments will need to be booked directly through me by text, email or phone call.

There’s still a little work to do (okay… maybe a lot but Andy & I are plugging away 😂), but we can already feel the energy of what this space is going to become!!

🌿 My heart is full, and I am truly honoured to be part of the Aseniwuche Women's Wellness Retreat! 🌿

It is such an honour to be invited to share in a day dedicated to connection, healing, culture, and wellness. This beautiful retreat is an opportunity for women to connect with the land, learn from Elders and Knowledge Keepers, strengthen cultural identity, and nurture overall well-being.

I’ll be leading a 90-minute Wellness Experience that includes gentle yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, and a restorative sound bath a space to slow down, reconnect, ground yourself, and simply be present.

A heartfelt thank you to the Tawow Community Centre and the Aseniwuche Winewak Nation for welcoming Mountain Vitality Wellness to be part of such a meaningful gathering. I’m truly looking forward to sharing this experience and connecting with all of the incredible women attending.

It's starting to feel real... 🤍🗻

I've been seeing so many of your familiar faces around town lately, and every single time I think the same thing...

I miss you all so much.

I know many of you have been patiently waiting for Mountain Vitality Wellness to reopen, and I can't thank you enough for your continued support, encouragement, and loyalty throughout this transition. It truly means more than you know.

This new space is being created with so much intention. Every wall, every detail, and every decision is centered around creating an environment where you can truly slow down, heal, restore, and reconnect.

While there's still work to be done, I wanted to share a little construction update with you. Watching this vision come to life has been incredibly exciting, and I can't wait to welcome you through the doors

There are so many thoughtful details coming together behind the scenes, and I can't wait to share more with you when the time is right.

The renos are finally underway, and with every step forward, this dream is becoming more of a reality. It's incredible to watch a vision slowly come to life.

This next chapter is about so much more than a new space. It's about creating a place where healing, movement, education, and connection come together in ways I've dreamed about for years. A space where you can truly slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling restored.

There are so many beautiful things in the works, and I can't wait to share them with you as they unfold.

The solstice is a beautiful reminder to pause, breathe, and embrace the light within ourselves. As the seasons change, it's an opportunity to set fresh intentions, release what no longer serves you, and welcome a new chapter with clarity, strength, and gratitude.

🌿 Beata of B Warrior Yoga will guide you through an inspiring yoga practice while I create a peaceful atmosphere with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls throughout the class.

📍 Location: The Labyrinth (weather permitting)
