Looking for a chance to connect with other parents in a friendly and relaxed setting? Our drop-in group is open tomorrow, and we'd love to welcome you.
While the children play, parents and caregivers can enjoy conversation, build new friendships, and access support from others in the community. Moms, dads, and caregivers are all welcome. A healthy snack will be available for everyone.

Join us TODAY for an open and supportive conversation about how to talk to children and youth about s*x, bodies, relationships, and consent in age-appropriate ways. Many parents and caregivers were raised with stigma or silence around these topics, which can make these conversations feel uncomfortable or difficult to navigate. Together, we will explore ways to build confidence, communicate honestly, use correct language, stay calm and open, reflect on family values, and create safe spaces for ongoing conversations as children grow. It’s never too late to start learning together.

Join us tomorrow for an informative group session designed to help you confidently begin your child's solid food journey. You'll learn when and how to introduce solid foods, what foods to start with, and have the opportunity to ask your questions in a supportive environment.

The session will be presented by an AHS nurse, who will provide expert guidance and practical tips for getting started.
