Too many great memories for just one post! 📸💙 Here are a few more highlights from Tacos in the Park.” 🌮☀️Here are a few more highlights from our wonderful day at Tacos in the Park. 🌮☀️

Looking through these photos makes us smile all over again. From children running, playing, and laughing, to families reconnecting, sharing stories, and enjoying time together, every moment was a reminder of how special our community truly is.

We feel incredibly grateful to have shared this day with so many amazing families. Watching your little ones grow, seeing familiar faces, meeting new babies, and catching up with parents is one of the greatest joys of being midwives.

Thank you for spending part of your day with us, for braving the weather, and for helping create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The laughter, conversations, hugs, and happy memories made the day unforgettable.

Thank You for Joining Us at Tacos in the Park! 🌮

Our hearts are full after such a wonderful day together.

Even though the weather wasn’t exactly what we had hoped for, and the sun decided not to make much of an appearance, we are so grateful to everyone who came out and spent the day with us.

Seeing children laugh, play, and make new friends while parents connected, shared stories, and enjoyed time together reminded us why community matters so much.

One of the greatest gifts of being midwives is having the opportunity to watch families grow. It was incredibly special to see so many familiar faces, meet new little ones, and reconnect with babies who are no longer babies. Watching your children grow is one of the greatest joys of our work, and in many ways, we grow alongside them.

A special thank you to for the amazing tacos that brought everyone together. Your delicious food was a highlight of the day…
Thank you for braving the weather, sharing your smiles, and helping make this event so special. Your presence is what made the day memorable.

One of the greatest joys of being midwives is watching our families grow. From pregnancy and birth to the busy years that follow, it’s a privilege to be part of your journey.

That’s why we’d love to spend an afternoon with you!

Join us for Tacos in the Park, a fun and relaxed gathering where families can reconnect, children can play, and everyone can enjoy good food, great company, and the start of another beautiful summer.

Whether your baby was born last month or several years ago, you’re still part of our midwifery family, and we’d love to see you again.

We have some bittersweet news at Midwives of Grande Prairie 💛

Our wonderful receptionist, Celina, is beginning an exciting new journey as she pursues her dream of becoming a midwife! While we are so sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more proud and excited for this next chapter in her life.

As Celina starts this amazing adventure, we are looking for someone new to join our team as a part-time receptionist.

We’re searching for someone warm, organized, compassionate, and committed to helping families feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

“Imagine stepping into motherhood grounded in trust, peace, love, and unwavering support.

My prenatal care with my second baby, my son, was exactly that. Every step of the way, I felt fully supported. My questions were always welcomed and thoughtfully answered, and I was given the education I needed to make truly informed decisions with confidence throughout the entirety of my pregnancy.

My birth experience was peaceful, empowering, and deeply positive in a way both I and my son will carry with us forever.

And it didn’t stop there. The care I received before, during, and after birth was exceptional. I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for as both a mother and a person.

My husband and I (and our daughter) truly cannot thank this team enough for the role they played in such a meaningful next chapter for our family.”

“Our sweet baby that Bisi delivered turned 1 and I just want to say we are still so thankful for all of the care she provided for us during pregnancy, birth, and after. The year was a whirlwind and I wouldn’t trade any of it for anything. I just wanted to send a very belated thank you for bringing our girl in to the world safely and with so much patience and love. We can’t imagine life without her and Bisi was a huge part of that, she will never be forgotten”
