Sometimes itâs a massage. has some amazing massage peps
Sometimes itâs a quiet cup of coffee. âď¸ mmmâŚcoffee.
And sometimes itâs grabbing your bike and disappearing down a trail for an hour.
Life gets busy.
The laundry piles up.
The house needs cleaning.
The kids have practices, games, tournaments and a hundred places to be.
Those things matter.
But so do you.
Take care of the responsibilities. Then donât forget to take care of the đhuman doing all the caring.
Go for a walk.
Ride your bike.
Lift some weights.
Garden.
Paddle a lake.
Read a book.
Sit by a fire.
Meet a friend for coffee.
Whatever fills your cup, make time for it.
Because self care isnât selfish.
Itâs maintenance. đ
And if we want strong bodies, healthy minds and the energy to keep showing up for the people we love, we need to recharge too.
