Periods should NOT be a privilege. Period! ❤️ Our annual product drive is underway! Pads, tampons, liners and other period products are essential hygiene supplies, and everyone deserves access to them. Help us keep these supplies available in our community by donating until October 31!

The Dignity Drive runs from Oct 1 to Nov 8. Drop your new socks and underwear off at one of our many drop off locations around the city.

These donations go to benefit Saint Lawrence Centre, Wapiti Community Support Association, Odyssey House, GPYESS - Sunrise House, Northreach Society, Grande Prairie Friendship Centre, Canadian Mental Health Association Alberta Northwest, and Recovery Alberta Northern Addictions Centre.

Northreach will be closed tomorrow, September 30, in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡

We honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

Reconciliation requires more than reflection. We encourage our community to take time to learn about the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools, listen to Indigenous voices, and consider how each of us can contribute to reconciliation through our everyday actions.

We will reopen with regular hours on October 1.

Blair was an important part of our team during his time with us, and we are grateful for the contribution he made to our organization.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Blair’s family, as well as the entire Wapiti House team, as they navigate this difficult loss. Our thoughts are with everyone who knew and cared for him. 💙
