We are so excited to welcome Tammy Wieliezko, RMT to the White Lotus team.
With 29 years in the health and wellness industry, Tammy brings decades of hands-on experience, knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live more comfortably in their bodies.
Her journey into the healing arts began at a young age through her mother, an early pioneer in reflexology, inspiring Tammy’s lifelong passion for natural wellness and continued learning.
Tammy’s areas of focus include:

Tammy became certified in Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, in the late 1990s, and has continued to build on that foundation throughout her wellness career.
Her wellness journey has also taken her around the world. She became certified as a yoga teacher through studies in India and Nepal and travelled into the high Andes of Peru to learn traditional healing techniques directly from local medicine people.
Over the years, Tammy has also shared her knowledge with the Grande Prairie community through mind-body classes incorporating Massage, Yoga, Body Rolling, Melt Method, and Block Therapy.
Her mission has always been to help people stay mobile, reduce pain, and feel more comfortable in their bodies.
