🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

On September 30, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and take time to honour Residential School Survivors, their families and communities, and the children who never returned home.

While our office will remain open on Wednesday, September 30, we encourage our team and our community to take a moment to learn, reflect, listen, and continue the work of reconciliation.

Every Child Matters. 🧡

✨ Self-care day for the team! ✨

After a busy couple of months, we took the afternoon on Friday to unwind with pedicures at TN Nails & Spa Royal Oaks! We were treated to delicious individual charcuterie boats from Ruby's Treats & Charcuterie while we relaxed and caught up!

The last few years have brought a lot of changes to our office, but we’ve built such a great group. It’s nice to take a break once in a while, spend time together outside of work, and recharge! 🔋

Thanks to Royal Oaks Nails for taking such great care of us! 🤍💅🏻🦷

☀️ A Quick Update from Our Team☀️

As summer is in full swing, our office is a little quieter than usual, with several team members away on well-deserved holidays. We also have some wonderful new staff members in training throughout the office as they continue learning and growing.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time, especially with our front reception team. A little kindness and grace go a long way, and we truly appreciate your support as they gain experience and confidence. 💙

Our phone lines have also been much busier than usual. If you're unable to reach us by phone, please don't hesitate to send us a text or an email. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

📅 Please Note: Our office will be closed on Monday, July 6th, as the building will be closed for scheduled maintenance. We will reopen with our regular business hours on Tuesday July 7th..

Thank you for your continued patience, support, and understanding. We appreciate each and every one of our amazing patients and hope you're having a wonderful summer! ☀️

💐 Happy Retirement, Tracy! 💐

Today we celebrate an incredible woman who has been a cherished part of our dental family for 22 years.

As Dr. Strasdin’s trusted dental assistant, Tracy has been a friendly face, a comforting presence, and a source of endless kindness to both our patients and staff. Her dedication, compassion, and genuine care have touched the lives of so many people over the years.

To many of our younger team members, Tracy was like a work mom, always ready with advice, encouragement, a listening ear, or a laugh when it was needed most. She helped create the welcoming and supportive environment that makes our office feel like family.

While we are so excited for Tracy as she begins this well-deserved new chapter, there is no doubt that she will be deeply missed by Dr. Strasdin, our entire team, and the countless patients who have had the pleasure of knowing her.

Thank you, Tracy, for your years of dedication, friendship, and the love you've shared with everyone around you. Your impact on our office will never be forgotten.

Wishing you a retirement filled with happiness, relaxation, adventure, lots of golfing and all the things you love most. ❤️

Congratulations, Tracy!! You will be missed!

Good morning everyone,

We wanted to share a quick update—Dr. Strasdin’s flight from Calgary was unexpectedly cancelled last night. He has since been rebooked but will now be arriving at the clinic around 11:00 AM.

Because of this, some morning appointments will need to be moved to later in the day. Our team will be working through lunch and extending our hours to accommodate as many patients as possible.

We understand this may be inconvenient and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these unexpected changes. Our team will be reaching out directly to anyone affected.

Thank you so much for your flexibility!

To our incredible admin teams across all three clinics, we see you and appreciate you more than words can say 💙

You are the first point of contact, the calm in the chaos, and the glue that keeps everything running smoothly day in and day out. From managing schedules and supporting patients to helping the clinical team stay on track, your hard work never goes unnoticed.

Thank you for your dedication and professionalism, and for the care you show to every single person who walks through our doors. We are so grateful to have such strong, reliable, and positive teams in each of our clinics ✨
