✨ SIX YEARS. ✨

Apparently we quietly passed our 6-year anniversary at the beginning of August… and I was so busy working, spending time with my clients, and squeezing every bit of summer I could out of life with my family that I completely missed it. 😂🤍

And honestly, there’s something kind of perfect about that.

Six years of learning. Growing. Changing. Taking chances. Adding new services. Reinventing myself more than once. Celebrating incredible results and walking alongside so many amazing women through different seasons of their lives.

When I started this business, I knew I wanted to help people feel better in their bodies…but I don’t think I realized how much they would change my life too 🥹

There is something incredibly rewarding about watching someone see a change they’ve been hoping for… watching their confidence come back… helping them through healing, recovery, body changes, or simply giving them an hour where they get to slow down and be taken care of.

Those transformations never get old. 🥹

And somewhere along the way, so many of you became more than “clients.” You’ve trusted me with your bodies, your insecurities, your stories, your celebrations, your hard days and your big wins. We’ve laughed, cried, overshared 😂 and celebrated a whole lot of transformations together.

Making a difference in your lives has made a significant difference in mine.

So even though I completely missed celebrating the actual anniversary 😂, I couldn’t let six years pass without saying THANK YOU.
