A huge thank you to everyone who joined the
Liberate Your Sciatic Nerve: Understanding Neural Movement in Pilates-Based Movement online worksop 😀🙌

We explored how nerves behave when they become more mechanically sensitive and why forcing movement often isn’t the answer.

Instead, we focused on:

• Gradual exposure to movement

• Creating safety through touch and guidance

• Using imagery to reduce perceived threat

Because a sensitised nervous system doesn’t need more force.

It needs the right conditions to feel safe enough to move.

That’s where change happens.

Movement is medicine
