We are pleased to share an upcoming presentation hosted by the Alberta Northwest Palliative Care Society , taking place at Oliver’s Funeral Home.

Love, Loss, Hope, and The Shawshank Redemption, presented by Darrin Parkin, is an interactive presentation exploring themes of hope, fear, love, grief, and loss.

Through reflection and discussion, attendees will have an opportunity to explore how we can make space for grief while continuing to find hope and meaning.

What a fun evening for a wonderful cause! 💙

Last night, Chris and some of our team had a fantastic time attending Sports & Skorts Bingo, hosted by the Northwest Palliative Care Society at Jackpot Bar & Grill!

It was an evening filled with laughter, great company, and community spirit, all while supporting an organization that does such important work for individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses and grief.

A big thank you to the Alberta Northwest Palliative Care Society for organizing such a fun event and bringing our community together for such a meaningful cause.

Opening your heart to someone new after experiencing loss can bring a mixture of emotions — excitement, guilt, uncertainty, fear, or even concern about what others may think.

Join Kimberly Talmey for our next Together in Healing session as we have an open and supportive conversation about dating after loss, including rebuilding trust, setting healthy boundaries, staying safe when meeting someone new, and giving yourself permission to move forward at your own pace.
