Paramount Psychology & Counselling opened it’s doors just over ONE YEAR ago.

We are so incredibly proud of how much our team has accomplished, overcome and grown in this last year, despite all adversities and unknowns in these times.

We are so very thankful to our community and clients who have supported us, and helped make all of this possible.

And we are so hopeful for the future, and our continuing journey of helping those on their healing journeys.

There are many layers to grieving childhood complex trauma and abuse. It’s a lot to deal with, and as with any grieving - there is no timeframe. Take as long as you need to heal.
