Healing doesn't always begin with doing more.
Sometimes it begins when you stop rushing.
When you give yourself permission to breathe.
To listen.
To feel what you've been carrying for far too long.
The moment you pause, you create space.
Space to notice what needs attention.
Space to respond with kindness instead of pressure.
Space for your body, mind, and heart to begin healing.
You don't have to force growth.
Sometimes healing starts with simply slowing down.
