Sometimes we carry emotions, energetic heaviness, old attachments and experiences long after we’ve consciously decided to move forward.

Heart Chakra cleansing is a gentle energetic practice during reiki to bring awareness to the heart space and invite more softness, balance and flow.

As I work with the energy of the heart chakra, the intention is to create space for what you’re ready to release… and room for what you’re ready to receive.

You don’t always need to understand what you’re carrying.
