Yesterday was National Self-Care Day, and while I spent the better part of the day doing what I love most by providing healing to the most beautiful souls, I also made sure to pour a little love back into myself.

There was no question where I wanted to spend that time... with Em at Ethereal Skin. ❤️

She is one of the kindest, most genuine, and beautiful souls, and I feel incredibly lucky to have her in my life.

From every gentle touch, to the thoughtfully chosen canadian products, the inspirational card, and the loving energy she pours into every appointment, everything she does is filled with intention. You can truly feel the care behind every detail.

Em, you are such a gift to our community. Thank you for sharing your magic, creating such a beautiful space for people to slow down, and reminding us all how important it is to care for ourselves.

I'm still in awe over today's news broadcast from the event! 🥰 The fact that they gave me a segment to talk about Reiki was such an incredible honour. 😍

I was beyond nervous and pretty sure I forgot everything I know... including my own name. 😂😂 Okay, maybe not my name... but it sure felt like it! 😅

Moments like these remind me that growth happens just outside our comfort zone. Every experience is an opportunity to learn, improve, and become more confident.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for this opportunity. Thank you to everyone who made today so special. 💖✨

My heart is absolutely overflowing with gratitude, love, and purpose today. ❤️

I had the incredible honour of being invited by Independent Living Sudbury Manitoulin to offer Reiki treatments during their Spa Day for their members. The heartfelt responses I received were truly humbling and reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

There is something so special about holding space for others on their healing journeys. Not only do I have the privilege of working with incredible women, but I also get to partner with amazing organizations that genuinely care about the health, well-being, and empowerment of our community.

Today I met so many beautiful souls whose kindness, strength, and stories I will carry with me for a very long time. Moments like these fill my heart and remind me that healing creates ripples far beyond what we can see.

A heartfelt thank you to Angela for inviting me to be part of such a magical day. It was truly an honour. ❤️✨

Charlie is back up in my reiki studio 🥰😍

When i first opened my business in 2018. I was looking for the perfect nature piece of art as I connected and my reiki tuned in more with the sight of nature when I first started my reiki journey. Then I found charlie in a clearance sale! It was love at first sight ❤️

He was my focal piece for first 3 months as I was settling into reiki and the powers of reiki.

As I moved my business around he stopped joining me in fear of damaging this beautiful and powerful piece of art so he hung beside my bed where I could see him every day.

This month I have been in my space for 1 year! Crazy how time flies! I love this space so much and the owner i rent from! I am truly blessed to be honest!

So I decided that its time for charlie to come back into the reiki studio and share his magic again!

Although ill miss seeing him everyday when I wake up beside my bed, I know that this is where hes truly meant to be!

Healing isn't always found in solitude. Sometimes it is found in the circle. In the embrace of another woman who simply says, "I see you." In shared meals, quiet moments by the water, sacred ceremonies, dancing, drumming, and remembering that we were never meant to carry everything alone.

This retreat wasn't just about slowing down. It was about coming home to ourselves and discovering the strength that blooms when women choose trust over fear, connection over comparison, and love over judgment.

Two years ago I won gold in Holistic Wellness. Last year was silver and this year is platinum!!!!

Almost 8 years into my business! Now with a rebrand happening and not knowing what the future holds. I was worried especially with this rebranding. Now seeing this is a reminder I am on the right path! That this rebrand is the right choice and full speed ahead 🥹🥹
