💜 Our bodies hold onto more than we realize 💜

The words you swallowed
The emotions you pushed aside
The grief you never had the space to feel

Energy is constantly moving through us, and when emotions remain unexpressed, it can cause kinks or ruptures in our energetic system which can then potentially lead to bigger health issues.

Strength. The Emperor. Ace of Water. 🦁👑💧

Doing a little self-care day 💖 i did some grounding and clearing, self-reiki, some journaling, and I pulled these cards for myself afterwards and honestly… I couldn’t have asked for a more perfectly aligned message!! 🦁👑💧
The intuitive impressions I received from these cards left me actually speechless it was so bang on! 😆

The fact that Strength and The Emperor both have a lion felt especially significant to me. It was one of those moments where you just pause and think “Okay I see you.” ✨

Every card felt so incredibly aligned with what I’ve been moving through, feeling, and working on within myself lately. I love when a card pull seems to reflect exactly what’s already happening beneath the surface. It feels like a little confirmation that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be right now. ✨🫶🏻

Just had to share this one because the timing and alignment were too perfect not to ☺️

✨ Did you know animals love healing frequencies too? 💛💜🐾

Every time I bring out my tuning forks, my fur babies come running! They are so curious, and love to soak up the gentle vibrations as if they know exactly what’s happening 🥰 my cat loves anything I do whether it’s my tuning forks, or my singing bowl, or just hanging around my crystals, she’s there and so curious

I truly believe animals feel energy in ways we sometimes forget how to. It just comes naturally to them. They don’t question it—they simply experience it. Watching them respond to these healing frequencies is such a beautiful reminder of the natural connection we all have to energy.
