“Tight” is a sensation, not a diagnosis.

Muscle restriction and nerve irritation can feel almost identical. If it’s neural tension, stretching harder can aggravate it.

Assess first.
Differentiate.
Chose treatment.

Not everything that feels tight needs a stretch. Sometimes it needs decompression. 🧠✨
