Thinking about getting help for substance use can feel overwhelming. At Monarch Recovery Services, we want you to know you are not alone and taking the first step is easier than many people think.

Here’s how it works:

1. Reach Out
Call, email, or fill out the “I Want Help” form on our website. You can reach out for yourself, a friend, or a loved one.
2. Connect With Our Intake Team
An Assessment Coordinator will speak with you about your situation, your needs, and the type of support that may be the best fit for you.
3. Build a Plan Together
Everyone’s recovery journey is different. Monarch offers a range of supports including withdrawal stabilization, live in treatment programs, day treatment, aftercare, housing supports, and community programs.
4. Ongoing Support
Recovery does not end after treatment. Monarch’s Connections Program and aftercare services help individuals stay supported throughout their recovery journey.

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. The first conversation is simply about getting connected to support.

Monarch Recovery Services is currently seeking three volunteer members to join our Board of Directors.

This is an opportunity to contribute your skills and experience to an organization supporting individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges in our community.

We are particularly interested in individuals who are Francophone, Indigenous, have experience in community services, or bring lived experience, though all interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
