🌟 We're Back! 🌟

It's been a little while since our last Walk With a Doc event, and we wanted to thank you for your patience. We've been busy behind the scenes planning something exciting!

We're thrilled to share that a new Walk With a Doc chapter has been launched through the NEOMO Medical Health Centre, and we're excited to be collaborating with their team. By working together, we hope to build an even stronger Walk With a Doc community here in Sudbury.

Join us for the first walk of this collaboration:
📅 Tuesday, August 11
📍 Science North
🕕 5:00 PM

Whether you've joined us before or are thinking about coming for the first time, we'd love to see you there!

Thank you for your patience during this transition — we can't wait to walk with you again! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Here’s a recap from our last Walk With a Doc !

This month, we talked all about setting SMART goals 🎯 and how it’s never too late to set new goals. The key isn’t waiting for the “perfect time” (like New Year’s)… it’s about setting the right kind of goals using the SMART framework (see poster for more info).

📅 Our next walk will be May 31st at 9AM
Stay tuned for details about our next speaker 👀
