Why might a baby need to go to the chiropractor?!

🍼 troubles with latching, clicking or smacking
🤰🏼 torticollis or favouring one side of the neck
💨 gas, colic or discomfort
👅 pre or post tongue or lip tie release therapy
👩🏼‍⚕️ general check up of reflexes, growth and milestones

Treatments are extremely gentle and don’t involve “cracking” of their spine. If you have any questions on chiropractic care and your little ones send me a DM!

Hi 👋🏼 there’s some new faces on here so I thought id reintroduce myself.
I’m a chiropractor and owner of in town.
I absolutely ADORE the clinic we built from the ground up, the energy, girl power and the love we all have for our community.

My passion is helping others get out of pain and return to the activities they love to do. I LOVE helping soon-to-be and post partum moms navigate their motherhood journey and the changes affecting their body. My patients range from 4 days old to 96 years old. I love being a part of your health journey.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me walking Penny, hanging out with my favourite guys Gavin and Levi, or wandering about the golf course, curling club or local farmers market.

Let’s talk Chiropractic Care & Pregnancy 🤰

Chiropractic care is safe and effective during any stage of pregnancy. We are experts in treating low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, sciatic nerve involvement, rib issues and any other aches associated with growing a wee one.

Webster technique is a gentle and non-invasive technique that works to keep the low back and pelvis joints, muscles and ligaments aligned and mobile so that your baby has the best environment to get into the proper position. It is generally performed laying face down on pregnancy pillows for comfort as shown here, followed by laying on your back to work on the front of the hips.

Chiropractic care can work really well in conjunction with our pelvic floor physio Kelly and her birth prep course to prepare you for an empowering labour and birth experience.

In all seriousness - it’s meant with love! Muscle work is an essential part of your treatment plan. We do more than just “crack” your back. My goal as a chiropractor is to loosen up the muscles before we get into the joints so the benefits of your treatment can last longer. This may look like Active Release, the theragun, or acupuncture!

Welcome to our new home! 🤍
After 86 days of straight renovations, we are so excited to finally open our doors and start 2026 off right. So much blood, sweat and tears went into creating this dream space full of incredible practitioners. Thank you to everyone who made it happen, and for the girls who believed we could get er done and joined us for the ride.
