✨We are a psychotherapy practice dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or identity-related concerns, we provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and experiences with authenticity and self-compassion.
✨Our approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, with a special focus on individuals from immigrant and diaspora communities, as well as neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD. We integrate various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and more—tailoring each session to your unique needs.
