Think of willpower like a muscle. The more you use it, the weaker it gets throughout the day. But interestingly, the more you exercise it, the stronger it becomes over time. Taking a cold shower is tough, but it's a powerful way to build willpower. By doing things your mind says you can't, you strengthen your mental resilience. Your brain tries to create excuses to avoid discomfort, but pushing through these challenges is key.

Many people ask about supplements to improve sleep, but there's a lot of misinformation online. My advice? Don't take the same supplement every night or for more than a few nights. This helps prevent tolerance, and we don't fully understand their long-term effects. Always talk to your doctor first.
