Stonebrook is looking for a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care while building meaningful relationships with seniors, families, and fellow care partners.

As an LPN at Stonebrook, you will play a key leadership role in supporting resident well-being, mentoring team members, and helping create a community where every person is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
