I’m so excited (and a little tender) to share that my private practice, Ryan Spies Art Therapy, is now open — and my website is live.

This space has been slowly taking shape over time — through study, lived experience, creative process, and a deep belief in the capacity we all have to understand ourselves more fully.

Art therapy offers a different kind of conversation. One that doesn’t rely only on words. One that invites you to notice, to feel, to make meaning at your own pace.
