We are honoured to announce that Arnold Hearing Centres has won the Diamond Award for Best Hearing Centre in both the Waterloo Region Record Readers’ Choice 2026 and the Best of Guelph Readers’ Choice 2026!

Thank you. To every patient who voted, every family who trusted us with their hearing, and every neighbour who told a friend about us, this one belongs to you.

Our family has been caring for this community since 1950. Being recognized by the people we serve, across two regions, means more than we can put into words.

To our incredible team: thank you for showing up for every patient, every day. This award reflects your care and your work.

We will keep earning your trust, one appointment at a time. We appreciate your support.

Struggling to follow conversations lately? You're not alone.

Join us next Monday, October 19th, for an information session over lunch (on us) to learn what could be going on. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation.

What we'll cover:

1. Why you hear the sound but miss the words, and what's actually happening
2. What modern hearing technology looks and sounds like today
3. How untreated hearing loss affects your brain, energy, and social life

Our friends at Bernafon will also be there to showcase the latest hearing technology up close.

When: Monday, October 19th, 11:30am to 1:30pm
Where: Souvlaki Grill, 421 Greenbrook Dr., Kitchener

Seating is limited, and reservations are required. Call 519-743-2323 to reserve your spot.

Bring a spouse, a friend, or a family member who has been noticing the same thing.

Thank you to Starkey Canada for taking our team out to Charcoal Steakhouse yesterday!

We enjoyed an amazing lunch and got a first look at the new Omega AI Plus, which looks incredible. It was awesome to get everyone together, learn something new, share some laughs, and eat great food.

We're grateful for the support. Thanks again, Starkey Canada!
