We are so grateful to McFadden's Movement! For 10 years, McFadden's Movement has been making a profound difference by raising awareness and funds for mental health. 💙

Through their commitment to starting important conversations, encouraging people to seek help, and breaking down stigma, they have helped create lasting change. The funds raised over the past decade have supported our innovative Children and Youth Services building, providing local children and youth with an incredible, welcoming space where they can access the support they need in an open and caring environment.

We are deeply grateful for McFadden's Movement and their unwavering dedication to mental health. Thank you for 10 years of impact, advocacy, and hope.

We are so proud of this partnership with Stepping Stone supporting vulnerable seniors in our community!

Last month, we celebrated the opening of our newest site in collaboration with CMHA Waterloo Wellington.

This location was created specifically to support low-acuity seniors experiencing homelessness, providing a space designed to meet their unique needs with dignity, stability, and compassion.

As the number of seniors experiencing homelessness continues to rise, we recognize that a one-size-fits-all approach isn't enough. At Stepping Stone, we're committed to adapting our services to meet the evolving needs of our community, and this new site is an important step toward ensuring older adults have access to the specialized support they deserve.

We're grateful to our partners at CMHA for helping make this initiative possible and look forward to the positive impact this new program will have in our community. 💙

We are very pleased to partner with Cambridge Shelter Corporation - The Bridges to support vulnerable seniors in our community.

Over 30% of our shelter guests are 55+, many facing isolation, declining health, and mental health challenges.

Through our partnership with CMHA, we’re building a solution. Paula Jacobs, an Intensive Geriatric Services Worker (IGSW), provides weekly one-on-one support at The Bridges and BridgeCare—offering connection, helping seniors access care, and simply being there to listen. 🫶

From navigating grief to attending appointments, the work is about dignity, trust, and meaningful human connection. As Paula notes, “It’s been a wonderful and enriching experience.” 🧡

Together, we’re reducing isolation and ensuring older adults in our community feel supported, seen, and valued. This partnership is making a difference—and we’re just getting started! 🌟 🌱
