I have twenty years of experience working with kids within homes, schools, children’s treatment centres, and private clinic settings. I offer virtual occupational therapy to school-aged kids across Ontario, Canada. I offer in-person occupational therapy for kids in the South End of Guelph. I love being a paediatric occupational therapist. I use my keen observation skills to analyze, break down bar
riers and find ways for kids to print, cursive write, type, and use Read Write Google. I graduated from McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario) with a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1995, and with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology in 1990. I am registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). Being creative, I enjoy customizing individual therapy sessions to best fit the strengths and needs of each child. I am very curious and like to “connect the dots” through on-going learning. For me, “a day without learning would be like a day without sunshine”. I am an avid reader and often have many professional and personal books “on the go”.
