Loyobo FIT A body positive community for women who want to ditch diets, embrace joyful movement in their life,

06/05/2026

Most of the women I work with know what they "should" be doing when it comes to exercise.

But they struggle with actually doing it.

Somewhere along the way, they were made to believe that struggle was a personal failure.

That they are lazy.
Undisciplined.
Not trying hard enough.

What I give my clients is not another workout plan.

It is finally experiencing what movement feels like when it is emotionally safe.

What it feels like to stop believing every missed workout means theyโ€™ve failed.
To stop treating exercise punishment.
To stop trying to force themselves (and their bodies) to show up in ways that they don't enjoy or that don't feel good.

Because most of the time, the issue isn't "not knowing what to do"

The issue is trying to build healthy habits while carrying years of shame, self-blame, perfectionism, burnout, and body judgment.

Which makes movement feel like one more thing on their to-do list. One more thing they are failing at... even though they desperately WANT to feel different.

You cannot hate yourself into feeling safe in your body and you can't guilt yourself into enjoying movement.

Most women are not struggling because they are lazy.

They are emotionally exhausted from trying to force themselves to become someone they think would finally be good enough.

That is the work I help women unpack inside my coaching programs and community.

And it changes everything.

So if you are ready to stop talking ๐Ÿ’ฉabout yourself and finally build a healthier relationship with movement (and your body!), comment ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ’ฉ and I will send you the link to book a free Confidence Call with me.

I am accepting 2 new clients this month.

And I'd love for one of them to be you. ๐Ÿฅฐ

I want so badly for this to be the Summer that you stop waiting or feeling not good enough.

Waiting to lose weight.
Trying to fix your body.
Comparing yourself to the younger version of you or other women who seem to have it figured out.

And meanwhile... life keeps happening all around you.
Without you in it.

My Self-Love Summer Retreat was created for women who are tired of putting their joy on hold.

The joy of giving yourself permission to simply exist in your body - without trying to fix it or be "perfect" or have it all together.

To just celebrate you, being you. Exactly as you are right now - surrounded by other women who are choosing to do the same.

You already have a summer body.
Maybe this is the summer you start believing it too. โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’–

A few spots remain for the Self-Love Summer Retreat in Collingwood June 29-21st.

I used to believe that my body was an accomplishment.

A result of my hard work and sacrifice.
I thought that my weight loss made me better.
More deserving of love and respect.

But that belief system required me to see bigger bodies as a failure. As less deserving. And... it made it impossible to truly love my body, because my self-worth hinged on my ability to obsess about my weight.

It also made it impossible to truly embrace my identity as a pro-choice feminist... because if I believe that women have agency over their own bodies - then I have to trust that every woman knows her body best.

I had to do the uncomfortable work of understanding that being thin is not an accomplishment, anymore than someone's height, hair colour, or any other physical attributes.

My bigger body is not a failure. It is a body that has carried me through an incredibly difficult 6 year period of my life. I am grateful for her and she deserves to be celebrated - just as much as the version of my body on the left, who was trying to survive, too.

Regardless of what your body looks like, it deserves to be celebrated and you deserve to feel worthy of love, respect, and care.

It is what my Self-Love Summer Retreat is all about.

A weekend of care - nourishing food, meaningful activities, movement, a private Chalet, and being surrounded by women who are on the same journey as you.

With workshops to help you make this Summer feel different. A summer where you can show up exactly as you are and see your body with kinder eyes. So you can wear the swimsuit and make memories knowing that you can trust yourself (and your body).

That you can make choices that allow you to take care of yourself, without obsessing about your weight.

There are 3 spots left.

This retreat is a chance to allow yourself to exist and be seen... without picking yourself apart.

With a group of women by your side - reminding you that you can do this and you are worthy of taking up space in your own life.

You will be guided through the prep work to ensure you feel safe and ready to do the thing that scares you. And - then pampered with the right after-care to soothe your nervous system.

With Laura now joining us, there are 4 spots left.

Registration closes soon.

So please - say yes! ๐Ÿ’œ

Wear the bikini.

I want to directly challenge the voice inside your head that says "it's just you."

You are not alone.

Seeing bodies like your own (or bodies that are bigger or different than yours) starts to change the narrative that you have been taught for decades.

That healthy = skinny. That pretty = self-worth. That exercise = what you "should" do to lose weight.

You don't have to live by those rules.

The rules that keep you stuck, miserable, and hating your body.

I am here to show you another way.

An approach to movement and a framework for building your confidence that separates your worth from your weight.

That allows you to step out of struggle and make choices that help you feel healthy and strong - without constantly obsessing or stressing out about how you look.

It's what my Self-Love Summer Retreat is all about.

3 days with women who get it. Women who are on the same journey as you and who are also there to invest in themselves.

With powerful workshops designed to make this Summer the one that you show up differently. The Summer where you wear the swimsuit. Where you take the photos. Where you nourish your body and move with joy.

There are still 5 spots available and I would love to have you join us.

It's not just a luxurious girls weekend. Its the moment you decide to say YES to believing in yourself and seeing what is possible when you have the right support.

My body is proof that your body doesn't need to look a certain way to be fit.

And - that it is possible to heal your relationship with exercise so movement feels easy, stress-free and (dare I say it) even fun.

Where your self-worth isn't tied to your weight or how you moved your body that day, it is a lot easier to enjoy movement.

Because you are focused on listening to your body and understanding what makes you feel good - rather than trying to shame and guilt yourself to do what you think you "should" be doing to be healthy.

My goal is to help you heal your relationship with exercise and write your own rules for fitness that work with your life.

It's what my new program is all about - 7 Days to Fall in Love with Movement.
โ
It's not a fitness program with daily workouts. โ
It's not a lecture or a workshop. โ
โ
It is an opportunity to explore movement differently - in a way that is fueled by love, self-care and body respect. โ
โ
Learning combined with movement, as well as community and support. โ
โ
It is the perfect way to start the healing process and the best part is - you won't be doing it on your own. ๐Ÿค—โ  I'll be by your side the whole time, as well as other women who are on the same journey.
โ
It starts on May 25th and today is the last day to sign up.โ
