Most of the women I work with know what they "should" be doing when it comes to exercise.
But they struggle with actually doing it.
Somewhere along the way, they were made to believe that struggle was a personal failure.
That they are lazy.
Undisciplined.
Not trying hard enough.
What I give my clients is not another workout plan.
It is finally experiencing what movement feels like when it is emotionally safe.
What it feels like to stop believing every missed workout means theyโve failed.
To stop treating exercise punishment.
To stop trying to force themselves (and their bodies) to show up in ways that they don't enjoy or that don't feel good.
Because most of the time, the issue isn't "not knowing what to do"
The issue is trying to build healthy habits while carrying years of shame, self-blame, perfectionism, burnout, and body judgment.
Which makes movement feel like one more thing on their to-do list. One more thing they are failing at... even though they desperately WANT to feel different.
You cannot hate yourself into feeling safe in your body and you can't guilt yourself into enjoying movement.
Most women are not struggling because they are lazy.
They are emotionally exhausted from trying to force themselves to become someone they think would finally be good enough.
That is the work I help women unpack inside my coaching programs and community.
And it changes everything.
So if you are ready to stop talking ๐ฉabout yourself and finally build a healthier relationship with movement (and your body!), comment ๐ซ๐ฉ and I will send you the link to book a free Confidence Call with me.
I am accepting 2 new clients this month.
And I'd love for one of them to be you. ๐ฅฐ
